Benjamin Khabie is a seasoned litigator with ten years of legal experience, having handled multi-million dollar high-stakes litigation before state and federal judges at top firms including Morrison & Foerster and Robins Kaplan.

He leverages that courtroom experience to fight for his sports clients with the same fervor and tenacity. His career in sports began with former NBA player and commentator Len Elmore, and Hall of Fame coach Gene Keady.

Mr. Khabie is a member of the New York State Bar, the Minnesota State Bar, the Federal Bar, and the American Bar Association.

Co-founder of VQA and a licensed NBA and FIBA agent, Matt is the legal and operational force behind every deal the agency closes. He began his career at CAA Sports in New York, negotiating endorsement and sponsorship agreements across every major sport.

Raised in Cincinnati, Ryan grew up immersed in sports — his father Byron was Xavier University's all-time leading scorer, and his Uncle Barry had a Hall of Fame career with the Cincinnati Reds.

Ryan holds a BBA in Accounting with a Sports Management concentration from the University of Cincinnati and a J.D. from Capital University Law School. As a Certified Player Agent with both the NCAA and NBPA, he represents players in NIL opportunities, the transfer portal, and the NBA.

Active in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association, Ryan's mission is helping athletes maximize their earning potential and build generational wealth.
